Reflect on the positive qualities that make you unique and wonderful. If you journal, write them down! Begin with affirmations that resonate deeply with your soul.

Challenge

1.Choose 3 Self-Love Affirmations (or create your own) that uplift and empower you.
2.Write them down and place them where you can see them daily—your bathroom mirror, fridge, or car. The more you see and repeat them, the more you align with your higher self.
3.Commit to saying them every morning for the next 7 days.

Falling in Love with Yourself

The path to self-love is a journey. With each step, we open ourselves up to deeper understanding and acceptance. It’s not about perfection—it’s about honouring who you are, unconditionally. Today, let’s connect with your inner child.

Challenge

1.Take a moment to look at a picture of yourself as a child. What do you see? Write down 3 words that resonate with that moment.
2.Close your eyes and feel where those words sit in your body. Place your hands on that part of your body and breathe into it. Let go of any negative associations or thoughts.
3.Gently ask yourself: What would you say to that child in the picture? What words of love, care, and compassion would you offer? Write it down.
4.Pause, reflect.Let this be a healing moment.

Self-Love Challenge: Day 3

Releasing Self-Criticism

We often believe that criticism is necessary for growth, but in truth, it’s the act of loving ourselves that opens doors to transformation. Today, let’s release self-criticism and step into self-compassion.

Challenge

1.Write down 5 things you criticise yourself for. Reflect on when you began believing these things.
2.How do these criticisms make you feel? Where did they originate? Write it down.
3.Now, change your “shoulds” into “coulds.” Shift the energy from a demand to a choice. For example: “I should be more confident” becomes “I could embrace my confidence today.”
4.Share one thing you criticise about yourself and release it. You are perfect as you are, and you deserve to feel that truth deeply.

Practicing Kindness Over Guilt
